The quetzal is a beautiful bird found in the rainforests of Central America. It is extremely difficult to keep alive in captivity and therefore symbolic of freedom.

The quetzal is the Full Circle Feedback mascot as we believe it reflects our quest to help people gain personal and professional freedom through feedback.
